According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the invitation of First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, President of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc will pay an official visit to Cuba from 18 to 18. this September 20, 2021.

Talking to the press before the visit, Deputy Foreign Minister Dang Hoang Giang said that this visit of President Nguyen Xuan Phuc has the overarching goal of implementing at a high level the “independence” foreign policy. , self-reliance, peace, friendship, cooperation and development, diversification and multilateralization of foreign relations” was approved at the XIII Party Congress.
